Mobile IV Therapy in Wynwood
Wynwood was a district of warehouses and garment factories until artists and developers began covering its walls with murals. It is now one of the most visited neighborhoods in Miami, full of galleries, breweries, restaurants, and new apartment buildings, with Midtown, Edgewater, and the Design District pressed up against it. Ivology brings IV therapy to all four. A licensed registered nurse comes to your apartment, rental, or workplace and stays for the whole drip.
This guide covers how visits work in buildings that were never designed for house calls, what to do about parking, and how to plan around the weekends when the whole city seems to be here.
Four neighborhoods that run together
Wynwood proper lies between Interstate 95 and the railroad tracks, centered on NW 2nd Avenue and the outdoor mural park that started it all. Midtown Miami is the planned development immediately to the east, with apartment towers above shops and a grid of its own. Edgewater continues east to Biscayne Bay, a strip of residential high-rises with Margaret Pace Park at its southern end. The Design District sits just to the north, known for showrooms, luxury retail, and public art.
You can walk from one to the next in minutes, and many residents could not tell you exactly where the borders are. For our purposes they are one service area. What differs is the kind of building, and that is what determines how your nurse gets to you.
Lofts, towers, and short-term rentals
In Edgewater and Midtown, most people live in towers with a staffed front desk. Put your nurse on the visitor list and tell us whether the building has guest parking, valet, or neither.
Wynwood itself is less predictable. Newer mid-rise buildings have a lobby and a call box. Converted warehouses and live-work lofts may have an unmarked door on a side street, a freight elevator, or an entrance through a courtyard. If that describes your place, tell us exactly which door to use and plan to meet your nurse outside.
Many visitors stay in short-term rentals here. If you are a guest, give us the full address, the unit number, and the entry instructions the host gave you, including any door or lockbox codes the nurse will need to reach your floor. It is also worth checking that the unit has a chair and a table near an outlet, since your nurse needs a stable place to set up.
Parking in Wynwood
Parking is the main practical obstacle. Most street spaces in Wynwood are paid by phone and are in heavy demand from mid-afternoon onward. Public garages and private lots fill on weekend nights, and rideshare pickups clog NW 2nd Avenue and the cross streets around the busiest blocks.
If your building has a guest space, tell us. If it does not, your nurse will find a garage or a lot and walk, which can add a few minutes. Morning and early afternoon appointments avoid nearly all of this, and they are the times we recommend if your schedule allows.
Miami Art Week and other peak weekends
In early December, Miami Art Week brings Art Basel to Miami Beach and a constellation of satellite fairs, pop-ups, and parties to Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District. For about a week the neighborhood is as crowded as it gets, with street closures, private events in the warehouses, and traffic that barely moves after dark.
People working the fairs, as gallery staff, installers, and exhibitors, put in very long days on their feet, and people attending them tend to stay out late for several nights in a row. Both book drips. Our Miami capacity is limited, so if you already know you will want an appointment during Art Week, reserve it well in advance and choose a morning time. The same goes for music festival weekends and for New Year's Eve.
The morning after
Wynwood is a place people come to go out. Breweries, rooftop bars, late-night restaurants, and clubs keep the streets busy until the early hours, and bachelor and bachelorette groups rent apartments here precisely for that reason.
The Hangover IV is the natural fit for the morning after. It provides fluids along with vitamins and magnesium, and in the higher tiers an anti-nausea medication may be added when the nurse considers it clinically appropriate. Many clients feel noticeably better within an hour. It does not undo a night of drinking, and time and rest are still part of it. Be honest with your nurse about how much you drank and about anything else you took, because that affects what is safe.
Alcohol poisoning is a medical emergency, not a hangover. If someone cannot be woken, is breathing slowly or irregularly, has had a seizure, or has cold, clammy, or bluish skin, call 911 immediately.
Creative work and long hours
Behind the murals, Wynwood and the Design District are working neighborhoods. Design studios, architecture firms, production companies, technology startups, and restaurant groups keep offices here, and their people often work irregular and extended hours, particularly ahead of an opening, a launch, or a shoot.
We visit workplaces as readily as homes. A private room or a quiet corner with a comfortable chair is enough. Restaurant and bar staff, who spend their shifts on their feet in hot kitchens and crowded rooms, often book on a day off, and the Recovery IV and Energy IV are the usual choices. For a team that wants to book together, contact us first so we can plan the right number of nurses.
Heat, concrete, and walking tours
Wynwood has very little shade. It is a neighborhood of low buildings, wide streets, and painted concrete, and in the summer months the pavement holds heat well into the evening. Visitors who spend an afternoon walking from mural to mural, often after flying in that morning, regularly end the day with a headache and more dehydrated than they realized.
Water, shade, and a break indoors are the first answer. If you still feel depleted once you are back at your hotel or rental, a hydration drip is a reasonable choice. Dizziness that does not pass, confusion, fainting, or a body that has stopped sweating in the heat is something else. Those are signs of heat illness that needs emergency care.
Edgewater mornings and regular clients
Not everything here revolves around nightlife. Edgewater in particular is a residential neighborhood, where people run the bayfront path at Margaret Pace Park before work, walk dogs along Biscayne Bay, and commute a few minutes to Downtown or Brickell. Midtown has the same everyday rhythm, with gyms, grocery stores, and families in the towers above them.
Residents of these buildings tend to book the way people do in any established neighborhood: a Myers' Cocktail or an Immune Boost every few weeks, a Beauty IV before an event, a Recovery IV after a race. Weekday mornings before the workday starts, and mid-day slots for people who work from home, are the usual choices. If you plan to book on a regular schedule, HydroClub membership is worth a look, since it lowers the cost of each visit.
What to expect from the visit
A licensed registered nurse performs every visit, and many of our nurses have ICU or ER backgrounds. The nurse reviews your health history, medications, and allergies and checks your vital signs before starting. If a drip is not appropriate for you that day, they will tell you.
The infusion takes 45 to 60 minutes. The nurse stays throughout, removes the IV at the end, and takes all used supplies away. We do not treat children under 13, and anyone under 18 needs the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Each drip is offered in three tiers, with prices on the services page. Mobile IV therapy is an elective wellness service and is never a substitute for emergency care.

IV Therapy in Wynwood: Frequently Asked Questions
Do you cover Midtown, Edgewater, and the Design District too?
Yes. We treat them as one service area with Wynwood, and we also visit Buena Vista and the Arts & Entertainment District. Choose the Miami region when you book.
I am staying in a short-term rental. What do you need from me?
The full address and unit number, plus the entry instructions from your host, including any door, elevator, or lockbox codes. If the entrance is hard to find, plan to meet your nurse outside.
Where will the nurse park?
In your building's guest space if there is one. Otherwise they will use a nearby garage or lot and walk. Street parking in Wynwood is paid and limited, so morning appointments are easiest.
Can I get an IV during Art Basel week?
Yes, but book early. Demand is high during Miami Art Week and our Miami capacity is limited. Morning appointments avoid the worst of the traffic and street closures.
How quickly does a hangover drip work?
Many people begin to feel better during the drip or within an hour of it. How much it helps depends on how dehydrated you were. It does not replace rest, food, and time.
Can you treat our whole bachelorette group?
Yes. Tell us the group size and address ahead of time so we can schedule more than one nurse. Every person gets their own health assessment before treatment.
Can a nurse come to my studio or office?
Yes. A private or quiet space with a comfortable chair is all that is needed. The nurse brings and removes everything else.
